The Elsa Miller Foundation participated in 20 projects in 2024. Areas of focus were in health and education in Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia as well as in the USA.

Elsa Miller Foundation participated in 16 projects in 2023. All of them were health or education -related projects in Africa, Asia and in the US.

Elsa Miller Foundation accomplished thirteen health or education projects in 2022.

In its first year of operation, Elsa Miller Foundation engaged in 10 projects, in seven countries, partnering with these fine organizations: TIP Global Health and African Mission Healthcare in the USA, Society for Family Health and King Faisal Hospital Foundation in Rwanda, Green Umbrella Foundation in Cambodia and Karya in France.
