Elsa Miller foundation helps expedite a digital system focusing on the efficient collection of data especially for maternal healthcare, baby and child wellbeing in Rwanda. This will allow for pre-emptive care and early intervention that can save lives.

The ward was painted, lightning, windows and doors were fixed.
Textile workshop, Rwanda
Sewing machines and fabric were purchased and a tailor employed to make hospital gowns and other textiles. This created a sustainable workshop to serve the ongoing needs of the hospital.

We are helping fund the Mother of Mercy hospital Dr. Tom runs. He is the only permanent doctor in the hospital for 700 000 people in 300 mile radius.

Elsa Miller Foundation bought an Anesthesia Machine to Kacyiru hospital. The machine allowed the hospital to start using an operation theater that could not be utilized without the machine.
TV’s to Pediatric Ward in King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda
The hospital asked if the Foundation could help them acquire tv sets to entertain those children who have to stay in bed.
Textiles and a workshop in Nyamata hospital, Rwanda
The Foundation supported the hospital to hire more people in a sewing workshop where they make uniforms to the staff, gowns to the patients and bedlinen for the hospital.
Upgrading the hygiene level and the plumbing of a hospital, Rwanda
Elsa Miller Foundation decided to upgrade toilets and washing facilities that had fallen into despair in regional hospital near Kigali. Also the plumbing of the hospital was reconstructed.
